Payment Terms:
For UK customers we accept Paypal, Credit/debit cards, postal orders or cheques.
Please make cheques and postal orders to gillespies catering.
All orders from outside the UK must be paid by Paypal only - Please do not send money orders or foreign cheques as we cannot accept these because of the high bank charges.
Returns/Refunds Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your puchase please contact us first by email to try and resolve the problem, if you want to return the goods we are happy to do so as long as the goods are unopened and returned in the original condition within 14 days of receipt.
We will refund the value of the goods excluding original postage once they have been received and checked into our distribution warehouse.
We recommend that goods are returned by recorded delivery and you obtain proof of posting should there be any problems.
